Why is screen share not available?

Make sure to enable screen share within General Settings. By default, screen share is disabled for all webinars.

You may share your screen with the audience during your presentation. Unfortunately, if you have already started your webinar you will need to refresh your browser and reconnect your audio within the Presenter Console.

For further assistance, contact us through chat or send us an email at support@webinar.net.
