Reporting: Activities - Conversations

View all private messages between the presenter and audience members.

Activity reports are found on the lefthand navigation within webinar.net's reporting module.



You can click the export icon which will generate a report you can download as a .csv file.


The number next to Conversations (#) indicates the number of times a presenter used conversations to chat privately with an attendee during the webinar. The report displays the AttendeePresenter, Messages, and Last Message Date


To export the details to a .csv file for a single conversation click on the blue hyperlink "Export

For conversation details, click on the blue hyperlink "View" to see the full message sent.


What is the difference between Conversions, Q&A, and Group Chat?

Conversations can be disabled at the account level. For assistance, contact us through chat or send us an email at support@webinar.net.
