I've logged in, why is the webinar not loading?

If you've registered and logged into the webinar, but you see a loading circle or loading hourglass, this means that you are on a protected network or firewall. To fix this problem, you will need to:

1. Turn off the firewall or use a different network, or
2. Use your mobile's 4G network or connect via mobile

Issue resolution checklist

  • Refresh your browser
  • Use Chrome or Firefox browser
  • Make sure there is no other tab, window, or device connected to the same webinar
  • Check your network (firewall), if you see the loading circle or loading hourglass but the webinar doesn't load
    1. Turn off the firewall or use a different network
    2. Use your mobile's 4G network or connect via mobile
  • Check your bandwidth (speed, stability...)
  • Check your hardware
