Create a Webinar: Presentation from Media File Only + Slides

Create a Webinar: Presentation from Media File Only + Slides

A presentation can be created from a pre-recorded MP4 media file as your webinar source with synchronized slides. Depending on your webinar license, we suggest a file no larger than 5GB. The suggested video format is 8mbps at 720p.

When creating or copying a webinar, populate the "Create webinar from a pre-recorded video" on your General Settings page. A webinar created using a pre-recorded video and slides can only be scheduled as Pre-Recorded Live or On-Demand.

Note. If you do not see this option please contact support at support@webinar.net.

Update Media Files

After clicking Create, select Media File. This is where you upload your pre-recorded videos for your presentation. To ensure maximum reliability, we recommend you to use optimize your MP4 file. This is to ensure that attendees with a bad connection might still be able to download the stream to watch the video.

How to compress various video files and reduce video file size?

Supported videos formats: .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .avi, or .flv.

All media files must include audio.
